About Swords Family Practice
In 2016 Dr. Declan O’Malley started Swords Family Practice with Dr. Rosaleen O’Kelly and Dr. Margaret Mc Grory at 28 Brackenstown Village. For 30 years prior Dr. Rosaleen O'Kelly had provided medical care at the same site. Since then the team has changed and so has the venue and currently Dr. O’Malley, Dr. Claire Barry and Dr. Margaret Mc Grory comprises Swords Family Practice at 29/30 Brackenstown Village, Swords.
We offer a wide variety of medical services to medical card and private patients including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and regular check-ups. We also provide clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, asthma and COPD.
Our surgery is wheelchair accessible and on car parking is available at our new premises.

To ensure that we can continue to provide safe and timely care for our existing patients, our lists are currently closed to new patients.
